Taylor Rutherford BSN, RN teaches Medical Professions / Nursing Services in the Chandler Unified School District at Basha High School. Taylor has been a nurse and nurse preceptor with a specialty in critical care for over 10 years. Taylor is finishing her master’s in nursing education this year and specializes in activity and simulation-based learning. Taylor Rutherford was awarded Teacher of the Month in Stroll Chandler-Ocotillo magazine in February of 2024. She has a personal passion in healthcare curriculum design and her favorite part of teaching is seeing those “lightbulb” moments in her students.
