Jennifer Hernandez has worked across Northern Arizona in nonprofit and public service sectors for more than 2 decades. She is passionate about the transformative power of education and has spent much of her career advocating for policy solutions and increased resources to improve access and equity across the P20 continuum. Jennifer cares deeply about the social, economic and environmental factors that influence educational outcomes and has served on several boards and commissions committed to creating vibrant, resilient communities.

Learn how APTP used insights from over 2,000 students to develop a system empowering students in their postsecondary planning. Counselors will gain tools to better support students' career goals, enhance their advisory roles, and improve student outcomes.
