Arizona's healthcare sector continues to face urgent workforce shortages that demand regional, cross-sector solutions. The Center for the Future of Arizona (CFA) has partnered with local education and workforce leaders to form regional healthcare collaboratives, creating innovative partnerships designed to align K–12, postsecondary, and industry efforts in addressing regional healthcare talent needs. Unlike traditional sector partnerships, these collaboratives position K–12 as an essential partner in developing aligned career pathways. This session will highlight regional outcomes from the Southeast, Southwest, West Maricopa County, and Northern Arizona collaboratives, showcasing strategies that connect education and industry, align training with labor market needs, and prepare students for successful entry into Arizona's growing healthcare workforce.
