Kylie is a mother of two and has been an educator for 10 years in various K-12 classrooms and administrative roles. She has a unique educational and professional background with experiences in the restaurant and catering business since the age of 9, a self-taught baker, and a former vocal music educator and secondary culinary arts teacher of five years (including being an FCCLA advisor of three). Prior to joining ADE, Kylie was the education coordinator for a small charter here in the Valley for two years. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Music from the University of Wisconsin- Parkside and a Master of Arts in Education- Curriculum and Instruction and Administrative Leadership from Alverno College (Milwaukee, WI). As someone who understands the importance of cultural responsiveness in education, Kylie strives to share best practices, experiences, and ideas to help educators build strong relationships with their students and peers in any educational environment. She has always been a learner at heart and enjoys acquiring new ideas and concepts that can help make education joyful, engaging, and relevant, for all students, as they are our future generation of leaders in our communities.

Directors are encouraged to also attend for monitoring clarity.
