James Johnson is a formerly certified CTE Teacher with eleven years classroom experience at Marana High School. James has over forty years of food service industry experience and is an expert in food safety and sanitation. He has been providing industry leading instruction and training materials through his company Creative Educational Solutions for more than ten years. James is also the exclusive ServSafe instructor and exam proctor in southern Arizona for the Arizona Restaurant Association. James also sits on the Exam item writing committees for both National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (ServSafe®) and the National Foundation for Food Service Professionals (NRFSP).
