James Johnson is a formerly certified CTE Teacher with eleven years classroom experience at Marana High School. James has over thirty-five years of Foodservice industry experience and is an expert in food safety and sanitation. He has been providing industry leading instruction and training materials through his company Creative Educational Solutions for more than ten years. James is also the exclusive ServSafe® instructor and exam proctor in southern Arizona for the Arizona Restaurant Association. James also sat on the 2023 National Restaurant Associations ServSafe® exam writing committee.

This session is for anyone needing to become certified or renew their current certification as a Food Protection Manager through ServSafe. This session is a proctored exam session only! Due to time limitations, there will be no opportunity to review content during the session. All study materials and a practice exam will be provided prior to the session via email after enrollment. The instructor/proctor is available prior to the class through email, phone, or text message to answer any questions you may have about content.
