James Johnson is a formerly certified CTE Teacher with eleven years classroom experience at Marana High School. James has over fourty years of food service industry experience and is an expert in food safety and sanitation. He has been providing industry leading instruction and training materials through his company Creative Educational Solutions for more than ten years. James is also the exclusive ServSafe instructor and exam proctor in southern Arizona for the Arizona Restaurant Association. James also sits on the Exam item writing committees for both National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (ServSafe®) and the National Foundation for Food Service Professionals (NFRSP)

This session is for anyone needing to become certified or renew their current certification as a Food Protection Manager through ServSafe. This session is an exam proctoring session only. All study materials and a practice exam will be provided prior to the session. Due to time limitations, there will be no opportunity to review content during the session. This is a paper only exam. No laptops are necessary.
