Charles Jarvis serves as the Director of Data and Accountability for Career and Technical Education (CTE) at the Arizona Department of Education, where he leads statewide efforts to enhance data quality, transparency, and accessibility across all CTE programs. He champions the belief that data becomes a powerful narrative tool when it is clear, accessible, and supported by meaningful training. Under his leadership, the Data & Accountability team equips users in both rural and urban communities with best practices that strengthen district reporting and build confidence in CTE data submission. Through an emphasis on communication, reliable guidance, and supportive training environments, Charles ensures that CTE leaders have the information and tools necessary to make informed decisions that improve outcomes for the students and communities they serve.
