Jeanea M. Lambeth Ed.D. is a veteran CTE teacher of 27 years in Trades & Industrial Education and Agricultural Education. Dr. Lambeth has facilitated many teacher workshops and training opportunities in the states of Arizona and Kansas. Dr. Lambeth worked in the field as a Senior Scientist in the Research and Development Department for AgriDyne. In this role she was part of many projects for plant and animal nutrition products as well as pest remediation and eradication solutions and products. Dr. Lambeth is a partner with the Institute for Security Preparedness (ISP) in the development of this professional certification. Dr. Lambeth has a BS in Agriculture Science with a minor in Entomology and an MAED from the University of Arizona, and Doctoral Degrees from Texas Tech University and Texas A& M University in Agricultural Education with emphasis in Capacity Building, Workforce Development and International Development. She has taught in Agricultural Education and Engineering programs and is currently teaching at East Valley Institute of Technology - Power Campus in the Future Engineers Program.

Participants will learn critical team preparation and training basics for four SkillsUSA state and national contests. This session focuses on the Automated Manufacturing Technology (AMT), Robotics and Automation Technology (RAT), and Mechatronics and Additive Manufacturing (MAM) competitions. We will look at the competitions from 2023 at the State level, and discuss the important aspects of taking teams to National SkillsUSA Competitions. Information about Industry certifications will be discussed, including but not limited to NIMS and CSWA.

This is the national release of the Train the Trainer workshop for the newly adopted First Responder/Disaster Remediation Team Animal Decontamination Certification for CTE Instructors and students enrolled in Criminal Justice, Fire Science and Agricultural Education programs. This workshop will introduce the Certification standards, the Instructor handbook and Certification standards and Skills for the Certification Exam and the Hands-on Practical Exam. A "Go-Kit" will be utilized during this workshop for demonstration Purposes only.
