It is a presentation that helps educators communicate effectively to all students by giving strategies to build a relationship with them regardless of differences that they may have. The program has a variety of activities that educators will engage in with one another and activities that they could take back and use in the classroom for their own use. Groups discussion will be a big part of the presentation as well to get their feedback on what they are witnessing in their own schools.
