Education Manager, JA Inspire

Cindy Ballantyne is a Program Manager for the Junior Achievement Inspire Program. She has 30 years of experience as an Arizona educator including 18 years as a Clinical Professor of Education. Her role at JA Inspire is focused on developing curriculum and training for educational partners to create unique and meaningful experiences in career readiness. Cindy has served on multiple initiatives and grants while holding a variety of leadership roles throughout her career. She is experienced in working with school district leaders to establish and pursue learning priorities in career readiness. She is certified as a Mindfulness Leader, Cognitive Coach, Social Emotional Coach and Integrative Health Modalities consultant. She is passionate about promoting a positive culture and community through supportive interactions. As a social emotional coach, she recognizes the value of bringing together businesses, educational institutions, and the community to instill a growth mindset for JA students. Currently, she serves as a Faculty Associate at ASU’s School of Social Work where she teaches Stress Management Tools.
