Helice Agria is the District Director for Academic Affairs, assigned to the implementation and adoption of Bachelor Degrees across Maricopa Community College District. Additionally, she is the Department Chair for the Center for Teaching and Learning and Instructional Media Service Faculty at Phoenix College. For the past 20+ years, she has worked in higher education in a variety of roles in both student and academic affairs including adjunct and residential appointive faculty, financial aid, admissions & records, athletics, student life & leadership, and instructional technology/technology training.

The launch of Bachelor’s Degrees in Arizona’s Community Colleges has started off strong, with over 2,500 students enrolled. Join us for an update on the programs launched and underdevelopment, including the stories of students. Participants will also get a chance to dig into the data and provide their insights to inform the future growth of these opportunities to support high-demand workforce needs in the State.
