Courtney Fauss and her family are native Arizonans and have called Flagstaff “home” for over 10 years, A graduate of Arizona State University, Courtney began her career in higher education with Northern Arizona University where she developed her passion for college attainment and student success. Courtney later transitioned to Earn to Learn as a Success Coach, where she built her passion for the program and supported new Earn to Learn Savers. Today she is the Director of Community Engagement where she cultivates relationships and enhances the ETL experience for the organization’s affiliates, students, and overall community! Beyond striving to fulfill ETL’s mission in supporting students to graduate with little to no student debt, one of the many reasons she loves ETL is the true passion her team has for empowering and equipping students with the tools they need to achieve their dreams and enter the workforce.

Come learn about the Earn to Learn "savings to scholarship" program which empowers eligible students at our partnered institutions to successfully complete a postsecondary education through matched-savings scholarships, financial education, success coaching, and workforce development programs like our AmeriCorps Next Steps Advising Program. Eligible students complete personal finance training and commit to a savings plan to reach a goal of $500. They then receive an 8:1 match on their savings, up to $4,000 per year for tuition and related costs at our partnered educational institutions.
