Meghan Paquette is the Director of Early College and Promise at Yavapai College. With 10 years of experience in higher education, she has experience in academic advising, early college, recruitment, and other student services. Meghan holds an MS in Data Analytics and an MBA in Human Resources. She is a recipient of the NISOD Excellence Award and the Trailblazer of the Year award in 2023. Meghan is deeply passionate about student success, early access to college for high school students, and improving equitable access to higher education.
