- Education and Training
In the world of Career and Technical Education (CTE), our primary mission is workforce readiness. We aren't just teaching students how to read a picture book or set up a sensory bin; we are preparing the next generation of professionals to lead classrooms in an increasingly digital landscape. As Artificial Intelligence (AI) reshapes every industry, the Education and Training cluster is no exception. For many CTE students—those future lead teachers, childcare directors, and specialists—AI can feel like a "black box" or, worse, a threat to the "human" element of care. This session flips that narrative. We explore how AI, when used intentionally, doesn't replace the teacher; it supercharges the educator’s ability to be present, creative, and inclusive. By integrating AI into our CTE curriculum, we are giving our students a competitive edge in the labor market and preventing the burnout that so often plagues the profession.
